Heylix Media is a digital marketing agency based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. For any privacy question, contact us at the email in the site footer.
What we collect
Enquiry form: the name, email, phone, company, service interest, budget and message you submit, plus consent to be contacted.
Usage data: standard analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and referrer, collected only after you accept non-essential cookies.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, provide our services, and — where you have consented — measure and improve our marketing. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and tracking
Essential cookies keep the site working. With your consent we also use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, and may load the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag. None of these load before you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for non-essential processing. Contact us and we will respond within the timelines the DPDP Act requires.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations, then delete it.
